During the two year labor warranty, a 50$ service call will be collected to rectify any trouble that exist. If a return is needed to fix the problem their will be no charge on the second trip. Unlike the rest did we mention batteries are included in our one year labor warranty period with security contracts! We thank you for your business and cooperation.

What happens if i change my Internet Service Provider, or change my wifi name or password?

For CCTV security applications your remote viewing will not be disrupted as long as the Ethernet cable stays plugged into the back of the NVR onsite. Other wireless devices will need to be repaired. Please give us a call or send us a message to set up a service call

Do i need to upgrade my Internet Package to accommodate the camera system?

You only need 1mbps per camera for remote viewing capabilities. Most home and business internet packages will be supplying more than enough data needed for your new camera system.

What if we need immediate service?

Always call 911 for any emergency. But send us an email at support@cysmcctv.com with the subject line Emergency Service and we will respond with further instructions.
